History
ONIVON a. s. has been established by the private contractor´s subjects
with sufficient operational and investment capital. It carries business
on the basis of the Commerce court in Hradec Králové authorization.
In the year 2001, the company bought all the services in the large industrial
area in Chrudim. Since that time it has provided services and deliveries
of power to all contractor´s subjects carrying business there. It is
the holder of all necessary authorizations for the contractor´s activity
in agreement with the directives of the Czech Republic Government.
In the same year, the Onivon´s shareholders took over the Tools shop
by means of financial assistence. Within a year the company innovated
machinery and equipment and started the production mostly for the market
of European Union. About 60 % of tools is exported.
In the year 2002, the company bought sawmill machinery and started converted
timber production in Chrudim.
In the year 2006 the copany shareholders bought dominant business share
in STEZ, d.m. - the copany with metal working and plastic parts injection
moulding production under the
ISO 9001:2001, TÛV.
Today
We have sufficiently qualified staff of managing personnel at its disposal,
our top management has long experiences in managing positions. We use
the operational finance at the
GE Money Bank, a. s..
Our company employs in all its plants app. 100 employees.
A few months ago we started closer cooperation with famous producer of
dialysis and infussion sets. We are intending to become one of the leading
producers of
medical plastic parts in Eastern Europe. We are ready to
offer our industrial capacity to widen cooperation with another producers
of medical plastic parts.
Our next goal is project of „Bioenergetic centre“, that should process
organic waste and biomass that is created as a waste from sugary and
distillery production.

Onivon, a. s. is divided into four divisions with own junior management.
The domicile is in Hradec Králové, where is the residention of senior
management.
